Low cost, energy efficiency, and resilience of constant-envelope modulations to non-linearity of power amplifiers make them attractive in multi-antenna multiuser systems, including massive MIMO configurations, of 5G and beyond. Unfortunately, constant-envelope modulation conflicts with multi-user interference precancellation in downlink direction. Phase shift keying (PSK) modulation using 1-bit digital-to-analog converters has been proposed for massive MIMO applications, which tackle this problem by solving a combinatorial problem in each channel use. In this paper, we propose a linear zero-forcing and a non-linear zero-forcing Tomlinson-Harashima precoder (THP)-based precoding scheme for downlink multiuser MIMO systems with PSK modulation. Perfect per-symbol multi-user interference cancellation is achieved which allows reaching high throughput at minimal delay, cost, and complexity. The precoder structure is relatively easy to implement and the precoding process is straightforward matrix calculation. The proposed structures provide power control ability for the users allowing them to reach their desired SNR within the SNR region. Also, the SNR region is characterized in a constructive fashion. Our analytical and simulation results show that the multi-user interference is cancelled perfectly and the bit-error rate decreases without bound as SNR increases.
