In order for IJEEE to publish and disseminate research papers, we need publishing rights. This is determined by a publishing agreement between the author and IJEEE. This agreement deals with the transfer or license of the copyright to IJEEE and authors retain significant rights to use and share their own published papers. IJEEE supports the need for authors to share, disseminate and maximize the impact of their research.

- Statement of Originality
- Publication Agreement and Assignment of Copyright
where they will have copyright but grant broad publishing and distribution rights to the IJEEE, including the right to publish the paper on IJEEE's website.
2. The IJEEE makes the paper available online when it finally accepted after peer review process.
