Review Process:
IJEEE operates a single-blind review process. All submitted manuscripts will be initially assessed by the editor-in-chief for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. In so doing, IJEEE needs reviewers who can provide insightful and helpful comments on submitted manuscripts with a turnaround time of about 4 weeks. Maintaining IJEEE as a scientific journal of high quality depends on reviewers with a high level of expertise and an ability to be objective, fair, and insightful in their evaluation of manuscripts. The graphical review process of the papers is shown here.

Plagiarism Policy:
The IJEEE checks the plagiarism of the submitted manuscript by a plagiarism checker software before the peer-review process. However, if the plagiarism of a manuscript is proved after publication, the IJEEE can reject the paper. According to the IJEEE policies, the similarity of the submitted manuscript should be less than 20 percent. Plagiarism can take several forms, including but not limited to:
  • Using the exact words of another author in part of a paper without both citation and quotation marks;
  • Including the paraphrased or summarized idea of another author without acknowledging its source;
  • Cutting and pasting material from Internet or other electronic resources without proper citation of sources;
  • Submitting for credit a complete paper or portion of a paper written by another author, no matter whether the paper was purchased, shared freely, stolen, found, or acquired by other means;
  • Accepting credit for a project, multimedia presentation, poster, or other assignments that draw dishonestly on the work of others;
  • Accepting excessive assistance from another person in writing a paper without informing readers of the nature and extent of that collaboration;
  • Submitting music, drawings, paintings, sculptures, or photographs that copy or rely closely on the work of other artists, without explicitly citing the original source;
  • Writing a computer program that is the same or closely similar to existing sources.

Self-Archiving Policy:
Authors who submit their manuscript in IJEEE can share their research at any time after the acceptance.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication:
The authors should not publish a manuscript in more than one journal or primary publication. According to the IJEEE policies, the publication as an academic thesis or an abstract is not considered as work as prior publication.
